I am in my early 57's, fit, healthy and happy. I don't smoke, but do drink and I am D&D free. I enjoy sport, keeping fit and have interests in tantra, yoga, massage and general health and well being. I'm semi-retired, but have a reasonably busy and somewhat unique lifestyle and distance has nothing to do in a good relationship if both partner know what thy truly doing
I'm a true introvert, preferring the quiet life at home, or at the beach or in a bush-land hideaway. I have an aversion to big crowds or noisy places like pubs and clubs. I'm not aggressive and I treat anyone I associate with respectfully. Discretion is also respected and expected. Age and body type differences don't bother me and I consider myself to be open-minded, non-judgemental and quite easy going.
