--makeup is minimal, detest painted on eyebrows and thick messy lipstick--intelligent(not necessarily upper level university--I know a lot of people with masters and doctorates who can't even spell words correctly)--maybe she's resourceful and capable of working on her own car (simple things like replacing an alternator), or hanging the closet door (knows what a ratchet, Phillips screwdriver, or claw-hammer is)--maybe dress-up isn't just for Halloween, and she doesn't mind trading the jeans for a dress to attend something formal like the symphony--or not, even I cannot stand too much cat-scratching viola and cellos--but she should love music--real music that carries a melodic tune(hip-hop, rap, pop, ghetto crap--absolutely not--everything else, yes--I grew up on metal, but now its somewhat annoying if I get too much of it--I prefer classic rock these days--CCR, Clapton, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Allman Brothers, ZZ Top--real music, not the mating call for tribes in the African Congo
)She should like shooting everything from assault(sporting) rifles, scoped sniper/precision type varminters, auto and revolver handguns--target shooting mainly, as I am not really into hunting--dislike gamey meats, and kind of like those fuzzy little creatures wild as they are in their natural habitats--hey, they're not bothering anyone
I do like strong-willed and assertive gals, it helps motivate my tail dragging procrastination--I could use a good swift kick in the pants every now and then
I don't really care to have pets, as they shed hair, and like to chew on or lick everything in sight
I do like books, and have tons of them--don't care so much for fiction these days(tried my hand at writing a novella or two)--mostly books on firearms/gunsmithing, Chilton manuals, archaeology/history--things to read while doing the laundry, or research
I have always loved old cars and motorcycles--enjoy working on them, I figure if ever I made it a profession, then I most likely wouldn't enjoy it so much anymore--strictly an expensive hobby, and therapy

on occasion, I do enjoy exploring ancient indian petroglyphs(rock carvings), ruins, finding artifacts for the collection(I know--against the law, bummer)
photography had always been a passion, that was, until the advent of digital and the demise of film--now, over a decade later, I am slowly accepting digital photography--at least to document my collections--sometimes a pretty nature shot--not so serious as of yet
pull out my Les Paul about once a year--play a few songs, and pack it away
