I am an independent man who has made a good life for myself. I am educated, fulfilled and generally happy. I have been married and now single for 6years. I'm far from perfect. I have made mistakes and learned from them as well. All of those experiences have made me a better person and potential partner. I want someone to share life's blessings and sometimes sorrows, to laugh with, and to simply be with at the end of the day. I would love to find someone who has his own interests, as do I, to share common interests, and to explore new adventures together. I very much love music, movies, exploring new places. While most of my adrenaline junkie days are behind me (yes, I've jumped out of a perfectly good airplane), I have a remaining urge for spontaneity and adventure. That being said, some of life's best moments are in the stillness of simply being and observing the beauty around us: the smell of the sea and sound of the wave crashes, nature in all its splendor, the caring acts of people, the aroma of freshly baked chocolate chip cookies, and the way the light changes in the fall. Snuggling on the couch, singing to some favorite songs or watching a movie, and giggling together are also wonderful with the right person. I am a very loving and generous person that would like the same. I am looking for a committed relationship, not a one night stand, and would like to eventually meet someone to share life with. I have met some very nice people and had some fun in search of that person. But seriously, where are you? I do not believe that there is such a thing as a perfect match. We're all so different with our own idiosyncrasies and flaws that make us unique. Finding someone who will accept the whole person, flaws and all, without trying to mold the other into someone else is my idea of a perfect match. That being said, a strong sense of humor will always win with me. I like being around happy and funny people.
