I'm a shy person initially but when I get to know people am very good company with a quirky sense of humour. I prefer socialising in small groups with good conversation rather than large wild parties although very occasionally these can be fun as well.
I love travelling both at home and abroad and holidays are an important part of my life.
Other interests include country pubs and dining out.
I also enjoy a day out horse racing although gambling is in very strict moderation (a couple of pounds on a race for a bit of interest only)
I am looking for friendship initially and anything more would only happen in the fullness of time with the right person.
The looks of any person I meet are of very little importance as I believe beauty comes from personality not looks.
